About Ezra Lee Farm

Rooted in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Ezra Lee Farm is a small-scale farm dedicated to craftsmanship, sustainability, and the simple beauty of honest work. What began as a garlic-focused operation has grown into a place where soil, hands, and heart meet—producing exceptional hardneck garlic, handcrafted garlic salts, and a growing assortment of freeze-dried berries, fruits, and vegetables.

What makes Ezra Lee Farm unique is the blend of heritage and handcraft. Every harvest and handmade item reflects the personal, grounded spirit of small farming—created with intention and care.

Visitors and interns are invited into the rhythms of sustainable farm life, all under the quiet watch of the century-old Valley oak that stands at the center of the land.

Our mission

A farm is more than what it grows. It’s how, and why, the work is done.

Ezra Lee Farm carries forward the quiet integrity and craftsmanship of my grandfather, Ezra Lee—a man who believed that honest work, done by hand and from the heart, keeps us grounded in what matters most.

We grow from the soil up: garlic, fruits, vegetables, and handcrafted goods—all shaped with care, respect, and purpose. Every product and every harvest is an expression of heritage, craft, and the land that sustains us.

Vision

Looking toward the 2026 harvest

For the 2026 harvest, our vision is to strengthen the roots we’ve planted—both in the soil and in our community. We’re focused on expanding hardneck garlic production, refining our soil-health practices, and saving the strongest seed stock to ensure richer, more flavorful harvests each year.

We’re also broadening the range of heritage crops and handcrafted goods grown and created on the farm—from heirloom vegetables and herbs to woven and woodcrafted items produced in our on-farm workshop.

People & place

Growing alongside community

Ezra Lee Farm is more than a place to grow—it’s a place to learn, connect, and work alongside the land. As we grow, we plan to open our gates more often by offering small-group internships and workshops in traditional handcrafts, sustainable growing methods, and the quiet art of working with the land.

Through these experiences, we hope to build deeper relationships with people who value craftsmanship, self-reliance, and the enduring beauty of rural life.
